Important notes:

  • Back up your Joomla files and your database before applying this patch
  • This is not a component. Read k2multicat.HOW_TO_INSTALL.txt for installation instructions or watch the video on how to install k2 multi category patch
  • Modules designed to work with K2 may need to be patched before they work with patched version of K2 component.
  • This patch is for K2 version 2.6.7 Only. It will not work on any other version. Use it at your own risk

When creating the table, changing the key will make queries faster: PRIMARY KEY (`catid`, `itemid`);

In my language ovverides folder I do not see any file called en-GB.override. ini. Help!

Hi Ace, You may need to create this file if you do not already have one. Make sure you create en-GB.override. ini in the correct location below: administrator/language/overrides/en-GB.override. ini. You may also need to replace en-GB with a different language code if you are not using English.
